Simply put, Tara Brommer is the BEST real estate agent you could ever hope for.  Her EXCEPTIONAL service before, during, and after the sale is unmatched.
Before the sale, she did her homework.  She previewed several properties that matched what I described before arranging previews of the best values available.  During the sale, when my initial offer was countered, she successfully negotiated the price to what I was willing to pay.  Tara handled all arrangements for the closing as well.  She also arranged the required home inspection.  During the process, she kept all parties informed on the status of the closing from start to finish. After the sale, Tara really helped me out.  She provided all the contact information to get the utilities turned on.  She also put me contact with some locally owned lawn maintenance and pool service companies.  When I needed a handyman for minor repairs, Tara knew who to call.  She also put me in touch with a local painter as well.
